EDC Las Vegas 2026 Stage Guide: 9 Stages, Which One Is Yours

By RaveCompass

2026 has nine stages. Nine. That's two more than previous years - stereoBLOOM and bionicJUNGLE are both new additions - and it means the conflict situation is worse than ever while the overall quality of programming is probably the best it's been.

My first EDC I didn't really understand the stages. I just followed crowds and watched whatever was happening. It took me two years to figure out that neonGARDEN was my actual home and I'd been spending too much time at kineticFIELD out of habit.

This is the guide I wish I'd had before Year 1.

02.kineticFIELD - The Main Stage

You already know what this is. 150,000+ people, fire cannons, pyrotechnics, the most recognizable stage structure in festival culture. The 2026 theme is "kineticJOURNEY" - a tribute to 30 years of EDC - and the production is reportedly getting new elements on most stages.

Confirmed artists: Martin Garrix, Charlotte de Witte, FISHER, John Summit, Kaskade, Armin van Buuren (Sunrise Set), GRiZ B2B Wooli, Chris Lake, The Chainsmokers, Zedd, Steve Aoki, Hardwell, Porter Robinson, Alison Wonderland, and more.

The most interesting kineticFIELD booking in recent memory is Charlotte de Witte. She's a neonGARDEN artist - dark, uncompromising minimal techno - playing the main stage for the first time. Whether her set translates to 150,000 people or whether it's an awkward mismatch is going to be one of the most talked-about moments of the weekend either way. I'm genuinely curious.

GRiZ B2B Wooli at kineticFIELD is the set I'm most excited about. GRiZ plays live saxophone mid-drop. Wooli brings heavy melodic bass. At main stage scale with full pyro, that's going to be something.

Best position: Center, about 100-150 feet back. The fire cannons are genuinely hot up close - this is the distance where you feel the heat wave on your face without it being uncomfortable. The raised viewing terraces on the sides give the best panoramic view of the full production including the crowd reaction, which at kineticFIELD scale is part of the show. When to go: Opening night for your first EDC - the Night 1 energy is unlike any other night. The countdown, the first set, the fireworks going off for the first time. Also: Above & Beyond and Armin van Buuren sunrise sets (both confirmed for 2026).

---

03.circuitGROUNDS - The 360-degree Cathedral

circuitGROUNDS is the technical showcase of EDC. The stage is a circular structure with full 360-degree LED coverage overhead and on surrounding surfaces, plus a surround sound system designed to position audio from every direction simultaneously.

Confirmed artists: Tiesto, Chris Stussy, Lilly Palmer, Nico Moreno, KETTAMA, Beltran, Sammy Virji, ANNA, Bou, Angerfist, Hybrid Minds, Alignment, Kai Wachi, Reaper, Culture Shock, and more.

circuitGROUNDS 2026 has an interesting mix - Tiesto as the obvious headliner, Sammy Virji and Chris Stussy holding down the house end, ANNA and Lilly Palmer for melodic techno, and then Hybrid Minds and Bou for drum and bass. The DnB presence at EDC has been growing and circuitGROUNDS is where it lives.

Lilly Palmer is a booking I'm particularly excited about - her driving hard techno is aggressive in a different way from neonGARDEN's approach and circuitGROUNDS' 360-degree system is going to make her sets feel like they're coming from everywhere at once.

Best position: The raised terrace sections to see the full ceiling installation. For audio, anywhere in the middle of the structure - the surround sound is designed for that central position.A note on circuitGROUNDS vs. stereoBLOOM: stereoBLOOM is new this year and handles a lot of the house/tech house programming that might have been at circuitGROUNDS before. Chris Lorenzo and CID are confirmed for stereoBLOOM, not circuitGROUNDS. This spreads the crowd out which is good for everyone.

04.neonGARDEN - The Underground

This is my stage. Has been since year two.

neonGARDEN feels like a proper club somehow. Low ceiling (relative to the other stages), tight crowd, minimal stage aesthetics. The statement is the music, not the pyrotechnics.

Confirmed artists: Peggy Gou, Joseph Capriati, Eli Brown, Indira Paganotto, Klangkuenstler, Prospa, KETTAMA, KI/KI, I Hate Models, 999999999, DJ Gigola, Adiel, Avalon Emerson, Frankie Bones, and more.Time Warp takeover is the headline here. Time Warp is one of the most respected techno events in the world - Mannheim-born, Berlin-influenced, uncompromising programming. Their takeover night at neonGARDEN is going to be the most credibly underground programming EDC has ever hosted on that stage.Factory 93 is Insomniac's own underground imprint. Their takeover night will be different - more LA-influenced, slightly more varied - but still firmly on the underground side of things.

Peggy Gou is the other major get. Her K-influenced house at techno tempos is genuinely unusual and she draws a different crowd to neonGARDEN than the Time Warp set does. Both are must-sees for different reasons.

I Hate Models and 999999999 represent the harder, more industrial end of what neonGARDEN programs. 145+ BPM, intentionally aggressive. Ear protection is not optional for these sets - Loop Experience or Eargasm, not foam.

Best position: Anywhere in the first 60 feet for Charlotte de Witte, Peggy Gou, or Joseph Capriati - these fill up. Arrive 20-30 minutes early minimum. Sides and back for easier movement if you want to flow between neonGARDEN and something else during the night.

05.bassPOD - The Bass Section

bassPOD is presented by Bassrush, Insomniac's bass music brand. The stage is purpose-built for physical bass impact - the subwoofer configuration is designed so you feel it.

Confirmed artists: ATLiens, GHENGAR, HOL!, AHEE B2B Liquid Stranger, INFEKT B2B Samplifire, Doctor P B2B Flux Pavilion B2B FuntCase, Boogie T B2B Distinct Motive, Black Tiger Sex Machine, and more.Doctor P B2B Flux Pavilion B2B FuntCase is the standout booking. These three were the core of UK dubstep circa 2010-2013 - the sound that got a huge generation into bass music. Seeing all three in a single B2B in 2026 is nostalgia in the best possible sense.

AHEE B2B Liquid Stranger is on the weirder, more psychedelic end of bass music - less headbanging chaos, more "what is this doing to my brain." Good contrast to the heavier sets.

INFEKT B2B Samplifire is technical riddim at high volume. The two together have a chemistry that's tight - no dead air, complementary styles.

First 50 feet warning: During heavy sets at bassPOD the crowd gets physically active. Not dangerous if you're aware of it, but it's not the place to stand still with your phone out. If you want the sound without the chaos, the sides or back half are fine.

06.quantumVALLEY - The Trance Community

quantumVALLEY is curated by Dreamstate (Insomniac's trance imprint) and Interstellar in 2026. This is where the trance community gathers - flags from every country, handmade signs, people who traveled specifically for this stage.

Confirmed artists: Gareth Emery, Paul van Dyk, Darude, Ilan Bluestone, Paul Oakenfold, Tinlicker, Eli & Fur, Cold Blue, Andrew Rayel, Cosmic Gate, Billy Gillies, Darren Porter, and more.Darude is the booking that made people stop scrolling when the lineup dropped. Sandstorm came out in 1999. At EDC's 30th anniversary, in 2026, having Darude at quantumVALLEY feels like a full-circle moment that's sincere rather than ironic.Paul van Dyk is one of the most important trance DJs in history and he still plays with urgency. His quantumVALLEY set will be one of the most emotionally charged of the weekend for anyone who came of age listening to trance.Tinlicker is the most interesting non-legacy booking here - their sound is more melancholic and atmospheric than standard uplifting trance, and they create something that feels distinct from everything else on the stage.Important: Both Above & Beyond and Armin van Buuren are confirmed for Sunrise Sets at EDC 2026. These are likely at quantumVALLEY or cosmicMEADOW - exact placement TBA when set times drop. Either way, these are the two sets I'd build my Sunday night schedule around. Start planning for being awake at 4-5 AM.

07.wasteLAND - 160 BPM and Your Neck Hurts

Presented by Basscon and Unreal Germany. 160-170 BPM hardstyle - the reverse bass kick, euphoric melodies, crowds who know every track.

Confirmed artists: Sub Zero Project, Holy Priest, Restricted, Lil Texas, GRAVEDGR, Kuko B2B Johannes Schuster, Audiofreq B2B Code Black B2B Toneshifterz, Da Tweekaz, DJ Isaac, and more.Audiofreq B2B Code Black B2B Toneshifterz is a reunion - these three performed as "3 Blokes" at EDC Las Vegas 2022 and it was one of the festival's most concentrated hardstyle moments. Having them back for the 30th anniversary is deliberate.

The wasteLAND crowd is one of the most welcoming at EDC despite the aggressive music. The jumpstyle dancing is genuinely fun to watch even if you've never heard hardstyle before. At minimum, go for 20 minutes. It's an experience.

---

08.cosmicMEADOW - The Surprise Stage

cosmicMEADOW in 2026 is hosting some of the most unexpectedly interesting sets of the entire festival.

Confirmed artists: Underworld, The Prodigy, San Holo, Seven Lions, Interplanetary Criminal, MALUGI, Snow Strippers, Hannah Laing, MPH, San Pacho, Mau P, AEON:MODE (Sunrise Set), Adventure Club (Throwback Set), Above & Beyond (Sunrise Set - possibly here), and more.Underworld - Born Slippy, Rez, Born Slippy .NUXX. British electronic legends who've been making music since the late 80s. Seeing them at EDC's 30th anniversary is a statement about where electronic music came from and where it is now.The Prodigy - Firestarter turns 30 this year. The Prodigy at a festival in 2026 is not something most people had on their bingo card. cosmicMEADOW for a HARD-hosted night with The Prodigy headlining is going to be chaotic in the best sense.Interplanetary Criminal - One of the hottest names in UK club music right now. His inclusion on a HARD night alongside The Prodigy is inspired - completely different eras, completely compatible energy.San Holo - His guitar-led electronic sound is genuinely rare at EDC and cosmicMEADOW is exactly the right context for it. Emotional, melodic, different from everything else at the festival.

cosmicMEADOW is historically the most underattended stage at EDC relative to the quality of the programming. In 2026 that's going to be a mistake if people sleep on it.

---

09.stereoBLOOM - New for 2026

stereoBLOOM is Insomniac Records' stage. New this year. House, tech house, grooves.

Confirmed artists: Noizu, OMNOM, Wax Motif, BOLO, Luuk van Dijk, Luke Dean, Josh Baker, Sidney Charles B2B Bushbaby, Chris Lorenzo, CID, and more.

Think of stereoBLOOM as circuitGROUNDS' more relaxed sibling. The music is in a similar BPM range but the energy is more groovy, less intense. Wax Motif is peak-form right now. CID's jackin' house is one of the most fun things in festival programming. Chris Lorenzo bringing his UK bass house influence is a nice curve from the typical Insomniac Records sound.

Because it's new, stereoBLOOM won't have the queue issues of the established stages. Night 1 especially - go early before people figure out how good it is.

---

10.bionicJUNGLE - The Hidden One

This is the stage I'm most curious about and the one I think will generate the most "why didn't I know about this earlier" moments.

Confirmed artists: HAAi B2B Luke Alessi, SALUTE B2B Chloe Caillet, DJ Tennis B2B Red Axes, MCR-T, Paramida, BAUGRUPPE90, Heidi Lawden B2B Masha Mar, and more.

bionicJUNGLE is programmed by Take It Outside (LA collective), Beltools (Beltran's label), and HARD Recs. These are people who book actual underground parties, not festival-friendly approximations of underground parties.

HAAi is one of the best selectors working in any genre right now. Her B2B with Luke Alessi is going to be something people talk about for a while.SALUTE B2B Chloe Caillet - Chloe Caillet has been one of the most buzzed-about bookings in the underground circuit for the last two years. Seeing her at EDC, in this context, is genuinely exciting.BAUGRUPPE90 - Berlin industrial techno at its most uncompromising. This is not going to sound like anything else happening at EDC at the same time. That's the point.

bionicJUNGLE is genuinely underground programming at a festival that draws 500,000 people. That combination is unusual and worth taking seriously. If you have any interest in this end of electronic music, build at least one night around bionicJUNGLE.

11.How to Use All of This

The thing I learned over three years: pick one primary stage per night and let everything else flow around it.

Night 1 at kineticFIELD makes sense - you need to experience it at full energy once, and Night 1 is when the energy peaks. But don't spend your whole first night there. Leave for 90 minutes to see what's happening at neonGARDEN or bionicJUNGLE. The contrast will tell you a lot about where you actually want to spend Night 2 and 3.

Transitions between stages take longer than the map suggests. At peak hours (10 PM - 2 AM) what looks like a 5-minute walk becomes 15 minutes in dense crowd. Miss the last 10 minutes of a set to make it to the next one versus arriving 10 minutes into the next one - the math rarely works in your favor. Pick one, see it fully.

The conflicts I'd start thinking about now: Charlotte de Witte on kineticFIELD versus whatever's happening at neonGARDEN at the same time. The Prodigy at cosmicMEADOW versus everything else on Night 2. The Above & Beyond and Armin van Buuren sunrise sets - are they the same night or different nights? That determines whether it's an impossible choice or a gift.

Set times haven't dropped yet. They usually come out 2-3 weeks before the festival. When they do, the conflicts will become very real very fast.
